    • How much does a new roof cost?

The price of your roof depends on your roof’s pitch, accessibility, size, material and labor. Having an insurance claim does not increase the price of your roof, but it does lower the amount you have to pay out of pocket. Call to schedule a free estimate.

    • Do you speak Spanish?

      Si, se habla español.

    • What is the best type of roof?

The most common options for new roofs include asphalt shingles and metal. If you’re looking for the most affordable option, shingles may be a good choice. If you’re looking for something modern and unique, a metal roof may be better, but can cost more. Contact us for the latest variety of materials and styles to choose from.

    • My roof has storm damage, how much will a roof replacement be?

If 25% or more of your roof has legitimate storm damage, your insurance company may pay for the cost of your new roof replacement. This means you are only responsible for your deductible plus any upgrades you decide to add. Please be aware it is a felony offense for insurance in Florida should you not pay a deductible, your contractor not collect the full deductible, or you keep any of the insurance money not spent on the repairs. If you are concerned that you may have storm damage, request a roofing estimate and contact your insurance company to file a claim. We will help coordinate with your insurance adjuster and meet them at your home to make sure no damage is missed.
